Roskilly’s are based at Tregellast Barton Farm on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. They are a family run business milking 125 Jersey cows. Their small pastures have been farmed in a traditional and sustainable way for generations, and have always farmed without the use of pesticides and artificial fertilizers. All of their delicious ice creams are made using rich organic Jersey milk and cream from their own herd of Jersey cows

The quintessential flavour of traditional ice cream made with a Cornish twist: luxurious Jersey clotted cream. Subtle vanilla notes send this creamy treat into the hearts of one and all.

Malty Mystery Ice Cream

There isn’t much of a mystery here – it’s Malteser ice cream. The mystery remains however: how does it taste so good? The nutty taste from our malted ice cream base, combined with the crunchy balls of Malteser create a magical experience.

White Chocolate & Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream

True decadence ensues when sweet white chocolate is melted into rich Jersey ice cream. A tart raspberry ripple made from whole raspberries cuts through the buttery base creating a comforting yet complex mouthful.

The mixing of chocolate and vanilla ice cream creates a comforting mouthful, but how could we possibly elevate this? With our chewy homemade chocolate brownie and squashy marshmallows, of course! The brownie softens as it embeds itself in the ice cream while the marshmallow retains its desirable texture – delightfully fun and full of flavour.

Green Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream

At Roskilly’s we truly strive to keep everything as natural as possible. Although the bright green colour may not look it, it is in fact made from natural chlorophyll and fresh peppermint oil! This old classic looks exactly as you would expect, whilst tasting delicious naturally.  

Rum & Raisin Ice Cream

Imagine the gently warming flavour of rum poured over raisins. After soaking up all the rummy goodness, the raisins are mingled through our Cornish milk base creating an ice cream which has gathered somewhat of a cult following!

With inclusivity in mind, we have created a non dairy alternative to our favourite frozen treat: Vibe. We use coconut as a base for all our non dairy ice creams and that flavour carries through underneath it all. The tropical taste of mango works famously well with the coconut base, resulting in a truly exotic ice cream. Luscious mango and creamy coconut create a velvety ice cream that brings joy with every melting mouthful.

With inclusivity in mind, we have created a dairy-free alternative to our favourite frozen treat: Vibe. We use raw cocoa mass (the most intense and raw form of chocolate) to flavour this ice cream in abundance; so full that you can feel its luxury. A salted caramel is run through the ice cream to help retain the sweetness and compliment the raw chocolate flavour.
