Terms and Conditions

  • A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking, with the balance to be paid 28 days prior to the event. We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your deposit.
  • If your balance is not paid by the due date we will send you 2 email reminders, after which time your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
  • The final price includes VAT and travel costs within 30 miles of TR15 postcode. (additional travel costs may be added for events outside 30 miles)
  • You may be able to change the date, as long as there is availability. If there is no availability, you will lose the booking deposit of £100.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to take a booking or cancel it after the deposit has been paid. In such case we will refund the deposit.
  • Please advise us at the time of booking of any specific dietary requirements.
  • It is your responsibility to notify your venue and/or wedding planner that you have booked us. We are happy to liaise with them directly.
  • Please make sure that the access is suitable and that we are able to attend. Our cart is 1.8m long and 0.9m wide. It is very heavy and we are not able to move it up/down steps. We may be able to set the cart up inside your venue or alternatively our Gazebo is 3m x 3m for use outside your venue. Our exhibition trailer is 6m long x 2 m wide when opened up for service. There must be adequate space to manouvre the van and trailer if applicable at the venue.
  • We will normally arrive at least 1 hour before service to allow time to liaise with a member of staff and set up.
  • We will require a power supply for the event or alternatively we can use a generator for a small additional cost (this does create noise so please take this into consideration when booking)
Cancellation Policy If you cancel the booking within 28 days of the booked function, you will lose the total booking costs.
